Created in 2010 in Aude Dupont Dudley’s kitchen, Blossoms Syrup was launched to supply the HoReCa with unique premium syrups with a taste of homemade.
Over the years, the range has grown to 15 classic flavours and the natural quality has never been compromised.
The syrups are mainly made from unique fruit concentrates, inverted sugar (natural sugar made from beet and cane sugar) and natural citric acid.
The Elderflower syrup is made from a flower water infusion.
Soon after being discovered by the mixologists, top Michelin chefs started using our syrups in food recipes too.
Our logo is the symbol of our love for real products ie the blossoms on a tree and the 3 owls represent the owner’s three daughters.
