Fresh Berries Compote

Ingredients:

  • 75ml Blossoms syrup (your choice of flavour)
  • 1 Punnet blueberries
  • 1 Punnet raspberries

Instructions:

In a small saucepan, heat one third of the blueberries with Blossoms syrup for about 5 minutes.

Let cool for a few minutes. Mix with the remaining blueberries and raspberries.

Serve over waffles, porridge, yoghurt or pancakes
