Grilled Salmon with Blossoms Pineapple Syrup Marinade

Ingredients: Serves 4

  • Marinade: 75ml Blossoms pineapple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp grated ginger root
  • 2 Tbsp rice wine, sherry or sake
  • 4 Salmon fillets

Instructions:

Combine the marinade ingredients. Coat the salmon with the marinade and let sit for 30 min. Grill the salmon to your taste.
