Tiki Pineapple Rum Punch

Ingredients:

  • 100ml Blossoms pineapple syrup
  • 300ml White rum
  • 100ml Lime juice
  • 1 litre of Cloudy apple juice
  • Few drops of Angostura Bitter
  • Add small slices of apple and lime for extra fruitiness.
  • Top up with sparkling water (optional)

Instructions:

If you can, freeze blocks of ice to put in your bowl, your punch will keep its cold temperature without being too watery. Enjoy ... I certainly do.
