Blossoms Elderflower Gin & Tonic. why did I wait so long to add it to the range?

15ml Blossoms Elderflower syrup

25ml London Dry Gin

100ml Tonic Water (please do use other brands than the obvious one)


How to make:

Fill a glass with ice.

  1. Pour the syrup and dilute with the London Dry Gin.

  2. Top with the tonic water.

  3. Squeeze a little wedge of lime to the G&T and just add it to the drink.

  • 20ml Blossoms strawberry syrup
  • 30ml AKA Vodka
  • 25ml Ish London Dry Gin
  • 5ml Cacao Blanc
  • 3-4 Dash The Bitter Truth Rose Water
  • 25ml Rose hip and Hibiscus Tea
  • 15ml Lime
  • Egg White

Blossoms Pineapple Syrup: Tiki Rum Punch


  • 100ml Blossoms pineapple syrup
  • 300ml White rum
  • 100ml Lime juice
  • 1 litre of Cloudy apple juice
  • Few drops of Angostura Bitter
  • Add small slices of apple and lime for extra fruitiness.
  • Top up with sparkling water (optional)


If you can, freeze blocks of ice to put in your bowl, your punch will keep its cold temperature without being too watery. Enjoy ... I certainly do.
