It is a classic ingredient in Kir Royal. Replacing the “cassis” with our blackcurrant will also give an elegant gradient colour in a champagne glass. Fabulous if used in the classic dessert Delice au Cassis, the syrup will give you all year long a consistent premium fruity flavour.
